What does an AI avatar hostess look like?

Do guests need to install anything?

No. Open the launch link on any screen at the venue and guests interact directly — voice or touch. There's no app, no QR scan required (though you can add one).

What does “trained on your event” actually mean?

You write the avatar's instructions (its persona) and upload your event materials — schedule, brochures, product sheets, FAQs. The avatar answers grounded in those materials, not from a generic chatbot brain.

What about confidential information?

Treat the avatar like a hired hostess on a public stage: only upload materials a hostess would reasonably know. Don't upload internal pricing, customer databases, or trade secrets. We surface this rule clearly the first time you upload — and we don't scan your files automatically (false positives are worse than no check).

Can I customize the look — colors, logo, fonts?

Yes. Upload your logo, set brand colors, pick a font, drop in custom backgrounds and screensavers. The avatar's video stays as-is; everything around it is white-label. On Premium you also host on your own domain.
